It is best to thoroughly defrost your entree before baking or reheating. For good food safety, thaw entrees in the refrigerator (not on the counter). You can also thaw packaged meals in a cold-water bath, changing the water frequently. Frozen foods can be removed from the packaging, placed in a microwave safe dish, and defrosted in the microwave. Once an entree is defrosted, we do no recommend refreezing it
