Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Thaw and reheat in microwave or on stove. Top with cheese, bacon bits and green onions! A filling soup all by itself or serve with your favorite sandwich or salad.

Spaghetti Pie


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Prepare from frozen state: Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.


Prepare from thawed state: Bake for 30 minutes.


Serve with a salad and garlic bread.

Grandma's Secret

Bake at 350 degrees. From frozen state, cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. From thawed state, cook for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite veggies, a side slad, fresh fruit and/or dinner rolls.

Blueberry French Toast Casserole

Thaw in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 25-30 minutes more or until golden brown and the center is set. Serve alone or with your favorite breakfast/brunch item like scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon.

Apple Cheddar Lasagna


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes to one hour, until thoroughly heated. Serve with a dollop of sour cream topping. (recipe below for sour cream topping) If desired, top with maple syrup.


Topping:

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup brown sugar


Blend sour cream and brown sugar tpogether in a small bowl. Refrigerate.


Enjoy alone or serve with scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage or ham.


Great for breakfast, brunch or dinner!

Peppered-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Remove from freezer to defrost. Grill or bake in a preheated oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the tenderloin registers 160 degrees. Slice tenderloin and serve.

Breakfast Burritos

Just microwave it for 2 minutes.

Spicy Lime Chicken

Thaw completely. Heat a skillet over high heat. Add chicken and marinade to pan; cook chicken 3 mintues on each side. Reduce heat to medium and cook until internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. Chicken can be grilled, too. Serve with rice.

Farmer's Casserole


Thaw completely. Bake uncovered in a 350-degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until center appears set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. If you prefer extra shredded cheese can be sprinkled on top during the last 15 minutes of baking.


Serve with fresh fruit.

Italian Mac n Cheese

Top casserole with extra mozzarella cheese, if desired. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. From frozen state, bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. From thawed state, bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread.

Meatloaf


Our meatloaves come to you partially baked. Leaving the last 15 to 30 minutes of the baking time left for you. This is to insure that the meatloaf doesn't overcook or become too dry when you reheat it.


Thaw completely.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 15 to 30 more minutes.


Serve with mashed potatoes or baked potatoe and your favorite veggies!



Mexican Meatloaf


Thaw. Reheat in a 350 degrees oven for 15 to 35 minute.


If preparing from frozen state, reheat in a 350 degrees oven for 30 to 45 minutes.


Serve with mashed potatoes, mexican corn, and/ or fresh veggies or fruit.

Apple Jelly & Chipotle Pork Chops

Thaw completely. Place pork on broil rack & broil 5 inches from the heat until beginning to brown approx 4 minutes. Brush pork w/ ½ jelly mix, turn & cook 2 minutes. Brush w/ remaining mix & broil 2 minutes longer or until done. Or you can cook this meal on the grill.

Reuben Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Check every 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Jeremy's Chicken

Thaw completely. Brush chicken with marinade & discard lemons. Cook on grill as first choice or you can cook in oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 145 degrees.

Jamaican Jerk Pork

Meat has been cooked & is frozen in juices to prevent drying. Warm up & drain juices.

Brandied Bacony Chicken

Thaw completely in fridge a full day in advance! Bake for 40 minutes @ 350. Check every 20 minutes after. Remove when juices are clear & chicken is browned. Internal meat temp should be 145. Carve & enjoy!

Valentine's Special: Honey-Pomegranate Chicken

Honey-Pomegranate Chicken:

Thaw completely. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.

Parmesan Green Beans:

Thaw completely. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add seasoned vegetable mixture and saute until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add green beans and 1/4 cup of water and simmer until beans are bright green and tender, about 8 minutes. Transfer to platter and spinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve.

Potatoes Divine:

Thaw potatoes, preheat oven to 500 degrees. Bake until hated thoroughly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.

Wild Rice Salad:

Thaw completely. Transfer to a platter, fluff with a fork and serve. A splash of balsamic vinegar would freshen this salad up perfectly!

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ice Cream-Enjoy!


Salisbury Steaks

Thaw. Reheat and eat!

Honey Pork Chops

Thaw completely. Place pork chops and marinade in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, turning chops occasionally while baking.

HINT:
Pork chops may also be grilled.

Beef Stroganoff

Thaw completely and warm in saucepan until heated through. Do not allow strognaff to boil when heating. Serve over rice or noodles.

If stroganoff appears too thin, it may be thickened by mixing four with some sour cream or some of the sauce and adding to mixture while heating.

Buttermilk Herb Chicken Breasts

Thaw chicken, discarding marinade. Grill over medium heat until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Or Bake 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

HINT:
For a "kid-friendly" version, after grilling, cut chicken breats into strips. Serve with a ranch-dressing dipping sauce.

Beef Stew with Dumplings

Thaw completely. Reheat in a non-stick pot over a low heat. Alternately, you can reheat in the microwave.

Chicken Florentine

Thaw completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Enchilada Casserole

Thaw completely. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake, covered. for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and bake for 5 minutes longer, or until the cheese in melted.

Chicken Tortilla Soup

Thaw. Reheat in stock pot unitl heated through. Ladle soup into bows and top with your favorite serving day ingredients.

Serving day ingredient:
grated cheese
tortillas cut in 1 inch squares (fried in oil until crispy or purchase corn tortilla strips or chips)
avocado, sliced or cubed
sour cream
fresh diced tomatoes
chopped fresh cilantro

Taco Soup

Thaw soup and heat thoroughly in saucepan. Place in bowls with Fritos chips on top. Soup may be served with cheese and sour cream on top. It's excellent when served with cornbread!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Thaw completely. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Chicken with Red Potatoes

This meal is precooked but still needs the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover and bake for 30 mintures, until browned and bubbly.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.

Sloppy Joes

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie for approximately 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Beef Stir-Fry

Thaw completely. Heat a stir-fry pan over high heat. Add meat and marinade mixture and stir-fry just until edges of steak are browned. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 more minutes or until veggies are tender-crips. Serve over 3 cups of cooked rice, linguini or rice noodles.

Baked Ziti

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover with foild and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes more, until cheese is melted.

Baked Stuffed French Toast

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until egg mixture is no longer liquid and toast is browned.

Breakfast Eggs with Potato Crust

Thaw completely. Pour egg mixture over cheese mixture & bake at 350 degrees until puffed and golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.

Chicken Pot Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Top chicken pie filling with frozen biscuits. Brush with melted butter.

Bake until biscuits are lightly browned on top.

Stand alone meal. Serve with a side salad or fresh fruit.

Cranberry Chicken


Cranberry Chicken can be prepared three different ways. All best if thawed before cooking, if cooking from a frozen state, please allow extra time to cook.


Oven method:

Place chicken in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes; remove foil, reduce temperature to 350°, and bake for 20 more minutes. If frozen, bake for 1 hour: remove foil, reduce temperature to 350°, and bake for 30 to 40 more minutes.


Crockpot method:

Place chicken & sauce in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours.


Grill method:

Place chicken on grill. Grill until juices run clear. Baste with sauce.


Serve with rice, noodles, or potatoes, your favorite veggies, a salad, bread or dinner rolls & fresh fruit!

Italian Sub Stoup

Thaw and reheat in microwave or on stovetop.

Serve with cheese bread cut into large croutons. Great all by itself!

Breakfast Cookies

Defrost cookie dough. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop a ball onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

You can add the following ingredients to the dough to add some variety to the cookies:
raisins
dried cranberries
chocolate chips
apple chunks
your favorite nuts

Hot Colby Ham Sandwiches

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes in foil.


Serve with chips, french fries, baked potatoes, pasta salad, tossed salad or anything you might eat with a ham & cheese sandwich.

Crockpot Beef Tips


Thaw. Place both beef and sauce in crockpot. Add more mushrooms or onions if you desire. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
A stand alone meal or serve with your favorite veggies and a side salad.

Pork Tenderloin with Pears

Thaw. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 1 hour if thawed or 1 hour and 45 minutes if frozen.

May be cooked in a crockpot on high for 4 hours.

Serve with rice or noodles. Your favorite veggies.

Lewis & Clark White Chicken Chili

Thaw & reheat on stove top or in microwave.

Top with cheddar cheese, green onions, and sour cream, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips or fritos or corn bread.

Eat alone or serve with your favorite sandwich or salad and/or fresh fruit or veggies.

Magnificent Casserole

Thaw. Reheat casserole in 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes.

If preparing from frozen state add an additional 45 minutes to one hour to cooking time.

Serve with a tossed salad, your favorite veggies and crusty bread!

Chicken with Butter and Cream Sauce

From frozen state: Dot chicken with butter, and then bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Mix 1 1/2 cup water & milk powder (enclosed with freezer meal) and pour around chicken. Bake 1 1/4 hours more or until chicken is tender. If desired, add another dab of butter ontop of the chicken when I pour the milk in..it gets super crunchy then!

Serve with green beans, mashed potatoes, crusty bread and a tossed salad.

Weeknight Cheeseburger Bake


Thaw. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
If preparing from a frozen state, add an extra 45 minutes to an hour to the cooking time.
Casserole comes with corn. Great as a stand alone meal or serve with a tossed salad, bread and fresh veggies of fruit.

Chicken Enchilada


Thaw completely. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Add an extra 30 to 45 minutes if you are preparing from a frozen state.
Stand alone meal or serve with flavored rice, a tossed salad and fresh fruit.

China in a Pot

Thaw. Reheat. Toss with fried wontons.

Stand alone meal. Or serve with your favorite Chinese meal.

Broccoli Cheese Soup


Thaw. Reheat and eat!
Serve with a baked potatoe, tossed salad, warm crusty bread.
Enjoy!

Chicken and Beer Cheese Soup

Thaw. Reheat and eat!

Serve with warm bread, fresh veggies or fruit.

Southwest Pasta Bake


Thaw. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with olives and onions. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
If preparing from frozen state, bake for an additional 30-45 minutes.

Parsley Parmesan Chicken


Thaw & bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes or until done.
Great served with mashed potatoes, a tossed salad and veggies!

Lemon Glazed Chicken

Serving day instructions:

Allow chicken breast and glaze to thaw. Place chicken in baking dish, pour glaze over chicken breast, and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Glaze will thicken as it cooks.

Serve with a wild rice blend and steamed vegetables.

Shredded Beef Tacos

Thaw and reheat beef in microwave or on stove top.

Serve with tortilla shells (hard or soft). Top with your favorite taco toppings-cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, green onions, sour cream, etc.

Bottle Cap Chili (Chunky Chicken Chili)

Thaw and reheat on stove top or microwave.

Top with cheddar cheese, green onions, or sour cream, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips or fritos or cornbread.

Eat alone or serve with your favorite sandwich or salad.

Lite Alfredo Pasta


Thaw. Heat sauce in a saucepan over low heat while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta. Combine pasta and sauce, and serve. If desired, top with grilled chicken.


Serve with salad and garlic bread.

Calzones


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place on baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes (if thawed) or 1 hour and 15 minutes (if frozen).

Can be reheated in the microwave.


Dip calzones in spaghetti sauce.


Eat alone or serve with a side salad, fresh veggies or fresh fruit.

Freezer Pizza Kits

PIZZA KIT INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove dough from bag, and place in greased bowl. Allow cheese, sauce and pepperoni to thaw in fridge. Cover dough with towel or plastic wrap. Allow to rise twice in the bowl (This will take most of the day. You can also thaw the dough overnight in the fridge, then set it out to rise the next afternoon.). Punch down. Oil cookie sheet and use fingers to press the dough out to edges. Prick the dough with a fork in various places to keep it from bubbling up. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings. You can allow it to rise a little bit before placing in the oven. Bake at 425° for 20 min.

Magic Meat (Where's the Beef Meat Sauce?)


Another versatile meat sauce. Thaw. Reheat.


Meat sauce can be used in a variety of ways: lasagna sauce, sloppy joes, taco meat, stuffed peppers, etc.
Sloppy Joes:

1 1/2 cups of beef sauce
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T chili powder
2 t dried basil
1/8 t cayenne pepper
4 Kaiser rolls, halved
Spoon meat sauce into a large saucepan. Add corn, green pepper, ketchup, Dijon, chili powder, basil & cayenne pepper & bring mixture to a simmer. Cook 5-7 minutes, until green pepper is soft & mixture is heated through. Spoon mixture onto rolls and serve hot.


Beef Taco with Mango Salsa

2 cups meat sauce
2 t chili powder
1 t ground cumin
2 cups diced fresh mango
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 T minced red onion
2 T chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 T fresh lime juice
Salt & pepper
8 Taco shells
1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cups sour cream
Spoon meat sauce into a large skillet and add chili powder & cumin. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine mango, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season, to taste, with salt & pepper. Can substitute your own salsa.


Lasagna:
4 cups ricotta cheese
8 ounces grated mozzarella cheese, divided
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, egg and black pepper. Mix well.Pour 1 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 lasagna pan. Arrange 4 uncooked lasagna noodles on top of sauce, overlapping noodles slightly to cover the bottom. Spoon half of the cheese mixture over noodles. Top with 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce and 4 more noodles. Top second layer of noodles with remaining cheese mixture, 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce and 4 more noodles. Top noodles with 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese.Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes, until top is golden & bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.


For peppers (shown above) - use 1 lb magic meat, 1 can black beans, 3 peppers in half & cheese to your delight. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add cheese after 30 minutes until melted.

Big O Beef

Thaw. Reheat in microwave or on the stovetop.

This is a really versatile recipe. Can be eaten alone or top on rice, mashed potatoes or noodles. Serve with veggies, fresh fruit and/or salad.

Philly Steak & Cheese Sandwiches:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Need:
French Bread loaves, halved
onions
green peppers
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Saute the onions & green peppers. Place meat, onion/green pepper mix & cheese on one half of the french bread. Bake for 15-25 minutes until cheese melts.

Weeknight Enchiladas


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
From frozen state: Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
From thawed state: Bake for 20 minutes.
Top with sour cream and your other favorite mexican toppings.
Great on its own or serve with your favorite mexican sides!

Creamy Burrito Casserole


You will need on hand a can of cream of chicken soup and 4 oz of sour cream.

Mix soup and sour cream in a bowl. Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Place burrito on sour cream mixture. Top with the other half. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
You may omit the sour cream mixture, you may top with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
If preparing from frozen state, add an extra 30-45 minutes to the cooking time.
Eat alone or serve with Mexican rice, tortilla chips, salad or fresh fruit.

Inside-out Cheeseburgers


Thaw and grill cheeseburgers on grill pan or outdoor grill.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
Try this wonderful sauce-Grilled Green Onion Mayo:

4 scallions, cleaned and trimmed
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup mayonnaise or low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper

Brush scallions with a little oil and grill on hot grill pan 2 or 3 minutes on each side; remove from heat to cool. To make the green onion mayonnaise, chop cooled, grilled green onions and add to a food processor. Add mayonnaise and cumin to the food processor and pulse the onions and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, to your taste. Pile burgers on crusty buns and top with crisp lettuce leaves and a slather of green onion mayonnaise. (Mayo Recipe from Rachael Ray.)

Serve with fries, pasta salad, or other favorite hamburger sides!

Pork Chops with Apple and Herb Dressing

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until chops are done.

Serve with your favorite veggies and/or salad.

Pumpkin Sausage Lasagna

Thaw. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.

If frozen, bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Serve with a salad, veggies & bread.

Honey-Pecan Chicken

To Prepare: Thaw chicken breast and cream sauce. Mix chopped pecans and flour together. Dredge chicken breast in flour mixture. Heat a small amount of olive oil in large skillet. Pan fry chicken breast until golden brown and cooked through. Heat sauce over low heat until warm; do not boil.

To serve, place chicken on individual serving dishes and pour cream sauce over chicken breasts. Serve with seasoned or plan rice, salad, veggies like asparagus, green beans, or broccoli and bread/rolls.

Black Bean Lasagna


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


From thawed state: Bake for 45 minutes.


From frozen state: Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Serve with a simple salad and bread.
